Leaders in God’s Kingdom look to exemplify and reveal heaven on earth. In doing so we must have an Xchange.  This Xchange becomes His ways, thoughts, strength, and purposes for ours. 

Father God is looking for leaders in the body of Christ who are ready to wrap themselves in the towel of servanthood as they minister to both the saved and unsaved (John 13:4).
